Managing Dental Problems at Home
Due to the coronavirus pandemic in line with the latest government guidance and for the health and safety of our patients and staff we have decided to postpone all routine dental treatment and operate an advice and emergency only service.
As well as reducing risk to staff and patients, this will prevent unnecessary travel and contact to reduce virus transmission.
This service will be available Monday to Friday 9am to 12noon.
If you require urgent dental care outside of these hours, please contact the NHS by dialling 111.
If you need access to emergency care and have a high temperature or cough or you or anyone in your house is self isolating, you will need to CALL 111 and they will be able to direct you to an emergency facility with the appropriate protective equipment which will allow staff to treat you safely.
We understand that we are all working together as a nation to halt the spread of the coronavirus to protect our NHS and help save lives. This is why our emergency service will be manned by Dentists so that you can get the best advice possible for your dental needs, while keeping everyone safe.
The information below provides useful advice to managing your dental pain and supporting people who have minor symptoms at home.
