For my last couple of visits I have been seen by Dr Christine ma who I would highly recommend, she is very friendly and cheerful :) she is also very thorough when checking my teeth and gums, Dr Christine ma’s assistant who sadly I don’t know by name is also extremely friendly, prompt and caring. I really appreciate being able to fill out my personal form from my phone before my appointment, this makes the whole experience so much smoother, I wasn’t a fan of the old system where you would be handed a iPad/tablet to fill out your details, I found it confusing and stressful. Lastly being notified and reminded of an upcoming appointment via email multiple times well in advance of my appointment is extremely helpful. Over all my experience was as good as I could hope for, thank you to all the staff who make it a good experience, especially as I’m afraid of the dentist! Dr. Rajan Sethi is my Dentist and I'm really pleased with the treatment I've received. I've had some dental bonding applied recently which has resolved my sensitive teeth almost entirely, and I'm really happy with the painless airflow cleaning with hygienist Vish today. Great results - best decision I've made to change practice.Only comment is I wish they'd clean up the front of the building - does need some TLC. Gutters need cleaning urgently 😉”
