“I just want to start by saying that, even though I seem to have a different dentist and hygienist every...” time I visit recently, the dentist who carried out my dental checkup was great. The staff in reception were also very nice and helpful with my mother who is elderly. The staff in general are lovely. However, what has happened to the waiting room? It used to be a decent size with comfortable sofas and magazines to read (as a waiting room should be). It's now a tiny room with very uncomfortable seats and paper thin walls, you can actually hear other people's conversations in other rooms which should really be private. It's now as cold, uncomfortable and depressing as any waiting room in any hospital, it's such a shame.”

As someone who really doesn't enjoy the dentist, I always felt as though I was in very safe hands. “Undergoing significant remodelling works , so access to treatment rooms was somewhat restricted. Staff collected clients from the temporary reception...” and took them up in the old lift. Treatment was fine, roughly on-time and ok generally. No tissues provided and usual bib was just a piece of paper which kept falling off my chest. . Reception staff were seen to flag up with two clients, payments which they couldn’t account for. Whilst the amounts were not massive, they were explained without evidence as possibly underpayments for works up to four years ago. If that was the case why weren’t they noticed at the previous visit. My additional payment was not explained to my satisfaction. I paid it but it was evidence of some sloppy administration in the past. Hoping my next visit is more confidence boosting and that environment fully complete.”

“Booked privately and had a choice of appt times from that afternoon onwards. Dr Aroa Castro takes the time to...” explain things and really listens. She's gentle and reassuring to a squeamish patient like me. “UPDATE: I've now managed to speak to Jade again and she has been great - she thanked me for the...” feedback, and has booked me in to see the dentist for a free check of the work that was done to see what's going on with it.It turns out that I had misunderstood the cancellation policy, so I accept some fault there. I would recommend they share the policy documents via email upon registration to avoid this in the future. It's also useful to know that you can cancel up to 24hrs in advance by emailing the practice or leaving a message - you don't need to wait until they open on a Monday morning.Jade has promised that there will be training on the use of safety goggles. Thanks so much - all this effort, and such a positive response, is very much appreciated.Initial review:Sadly, I'm not impressed by this dentist. Initially I had really excellent support from Jade on the front desk, and I was feeling good about signing up as a patient, despite being forced to go private because of the lack of NHS options. The dentist who treated me identified two cavities which hadn't been giving me any trouble. Treatment for the first one has left me with new pain and continual discomfort. One other red flag was that they didn't have any protective goggles when I was receiving treatment and they asked me to wear my own sunglasses.I had to miss the appointment for the second filling due to a vomiting bug, but was still charged the full price. I can understand if this is the policy, but I can find no evidence of it in any of the paperwork they emailed me, or on the online portal. “It would have been a 5 star it I had to really argue my point on my last visit. Let...” me explain, I’ve had a few treatments at Kinsgend over the years and all has been well. It’s not the cheapest dental center but I’ve always believed that you do get what you pay for.I had to have an extraction on a molar tooth after biting on a popcorn kernel and a massive chunk of the tooth broke away. Unfortunately there was no way of saving it. I had the the tooth extracted and the process went seemingly well until the following day. I’m the extraction process the surgeon had damaged the r tooth next to it with the drilling/cutting machine which left the tooth open and very painful. When I went back to the dentist to let them know they were very reluctant to take any responsibility and said that I was in pain because the tooth was seriously decayed. My argument was that whether the tooth was decayed or not I had suffered zero pain before the surgery (even with the chunk taken out of my originally extracted tooth) and I could feel with my tongue that a chunk of tooth had been ground away. After a lengthy heated debate with one of the directors another lady director came in to see what was going on and heard me out. The lady kindly assessed the situation and they decide to give me a filling (free of charge) which has helped tremendously. I’m very thankful to that lady as she was very understanding but more importantly was prepared to do the right thing and rectify it.These guys really know what they are doing and I wanted to give them 5 stars but the level of stress I had to go through to get the end result made it just a little bit sour. So my only ask for Kingsend is that the after care needs to be as good as the primary care. Take a leaf out of the young lady’s book and do the right thing. That is marketing in itself.I would recommend Kingsend Dental and I will be going back.”
“Excellent service with a hygienist who is clearly very knowledgeable and also very caring and sympathetic.”

Ms Nisha Patel explained everything she would do clearly including any issues that could occur and how she'd fix them in detail to ease my nerves a bit as I was terrified.3 days after and I've still had every little pain at all (tooth extraction)”
“Clean syrgery, polite welcoming receptionists and dentist and nurse jolly snd informative. 9years best place has been!”

Quality Dental Shoreham-by-Sea
“I am a nervous patient as I had bad experience with another dental practice. I have been coming to Quality...” Dental now for a number of years. Highly reccomended DR Krishma Gujria who is very informative and discussed all my options on treatments, I would also reccomended the hygienist Vishrut Kumar, very calming.”

“I had intended to put this experience behind me, but after receiving an automated email from Quality Dental Shoreham inviting...” feedback on my recent treatment, I felt it was only fair to share my experience as requested.I have always found Quality Dental Shoreham to be a friendly and professional practice, which is why this review is disappointing to write.I recently attended to have a rear crown refitted after a 3 month waiting list. Before leaving, I explained that the crown did not feel correctly aligned with my other teeth and that my bite felt wrong. However, despite my feedback, I was advised that the crown was seated correctly and should be given time to settle. Unfortunately, it became clear afterwards that the fit was not correct, as I was unable to bite down comfortably.More concerning was that one edge of the crown was sharp and repeatedly rubbed against my tongue, causing it to become sore, swollen and painful to swallow. When I contacted the practice the following day to explain the problem, I was initially offered an appointment five days later, which I felt was unacceptable given the discomfort and difficulty eating. Thankfully, after further discussions with reception, a same-day cancellation became available and the issue was quickly rectified. My advice to other patients would be not to leave an appointment if something doesn’t feel right. Raise your concerns clearly and ensure they are addressed before you leave.I remain grateful to the reception team for finding a same-day appointment and resolving the problem, but unfortunately this particular experience fell below the standard I have come to expect from the practice. For that reason I’ve given 3 stars rather than fewer. I’ve received good treatment from the practice over the years and this experience does not reflect my previous visits.”

Only given 4 stars because I can never get through to anyone on the phone and because there have been a handful of times that my appointments have been cancelled at short notice. Its very busy so sometimes long wait times for appointments but thats understandable because of how great they are.”
“Dentist was excellent. I was seen promptly and he was really helpful. He showed me photos of my teeth and explained...” the treatment that he had completed. Not so happy with reception. “I have recently joined this dental practice as a patient and had my first NHS appointment for a dental check-up....” The dentist I was assigned gave my teeth a very thorough inspection, doing far more than my previous dentist, who hardly examined my teeth at all. Kai Li Lim was very efficient and explained everything that she was doing and gave very clear explanations when she showed me the X-Rays.afterwards, explaining and giving me advice about the sort of treatment that was required. She was very friendly, welcoming and efficient and I actually enjoyed my visit to the dentist!”
“Thank goodness for Daisy and Balawal!!Literaly saved my sanity by they're attention, speediness and care.I could not recommend Balawal highly...” enough, after years of fear and anxiety he was an absolute star this week, completely putting me at ease and sensing how nervous I was he took the utmost care of me.I left another local practice after 2 emergency appointments that seemed hell-bent on selling me products and making money with very little concern for my excruciating pain and discomfort. So Very Big Thank you To the whole team at Quality Dental”

She put in a temporary filling and I will be returning in a few weeks for the permanent one. . The only thing I wasn't happy with was the price over £300 for one filling. I agreed to book hygienist and left. At reception, I was asked to book for next consultation. When I mentioned that it had only been 3 months and this was a follow up, booking was for January 25. Dr. Rajan Sethi is my Dentist and I'm really pleased with the treatment I've received. I've had some dental bonding applied recently which has resolved my sensitive teeth almost entirely, and I'm really happy with the painless airflow cleaning with hygienist Vish today. Great results - best decision I've made to change practice.Only comment is I wish they'd clean up the front of the building - does need some TLC. Gutters need cleaning urgently 😉”

For my last couple of visits I have been seen by Dr Christine ma who I would highly recommend, she is very friendly and cheerful :) she is also very thorough when checking my teeth and gums, Dr Christine ma’s assistant who sadly I don’t know by name is also extremely friendly, prompt and caring. I really appreciate being able to fill out my personal form from my phone before my appointment, this makes the whole experience so much smoother, I wasn’t a fan of the old system where you would be handed a iPad/tablet to fill out your details, I found it confusing and stressful. Lastly being notified and reminded of an upcoming appointment via email multiple times well in advance of my appointment is extremely helpful. Over all my experience was as good as I could hope for, thank you to all the staff who make it a good experience, especially as I’m afraid of the dentist! Would definetely recommend both the clinic and Dr. Amro.”
“I was really hoping to write a more positive review, as I have been a patient here for 2 years....” I mainly had 2 fillings done and some hygienist appointments. I always knew what was happening, and I didn’t feel any pain during the procedure. I was honestly so overwhelmed with relief afterwards that I ended up crying because it had all gone so much better than I expected.A few days later, I developed a sharp bit of bone that was cutting into my tongue, which was really uncomfortable and worrying at the time (I later learned this can be completely normal, even though it sounds scary). I called in, and they very kindly fitted me in early the same day. They couldn't have been nicer and more caring. Plus, the filling feels great. Service that is above and beyond!”
“Had my appointment with a new dentist this week, Laura - she was good and thorough. My appointment was supposed...” to be with another dentist but it was changed the day of my appointment, also to a different time, this was only communicated via email, luckily I checked my email before and saw the time change. The receptionist seemed uninterested on arrival and leaving, and didn't listen to what I said when I tried to book in for my next appointment. Then because she didn't listen it seems like I had massively inconvenienced her, by again repeating and requesting what I had initially said in the first place.”
“The dentist and nurse who treated were extremely good and I can only recommend them. My experience at reception was...” not as good. I am disabled and need a wheelchair. The receptionist couldn’t see me so talked to my daughter ignoring me. I would have preferred her to have stood up to talk to me. I could have spoken for myself. This why I award 4 stars and not 5.”

“Having not been to the dentist for years (bad, I know - I'll do better!) I came in for a...” checkup a few days ago and then a hygienist appointment today with Priyanka. I was really nervous about the hygienist appointment as I've heard it can be super painful and uncomfortable and I'm quite sensitive to pain but Priyanka put me at ease straight away, she was lovely, thoughtful and really helpful afterwards with giving me great tips and advice. I actually quite enjoyed it, despite the fear that I'd had before coming in. All the staff seem so lovely, really attentive and helpful and the whole place is very inviting. 10/10 guys, thank you! 🫶🏻🦷”

“Having a deep fear of dentists I was dreading having to leave my dentist of 45 years to one more...” conveniently situated in West Sussex. My worries on that score were unfounded. I found Doctor Rahman not only understating, but gentle and kind. He gave me time and put me at ease. His humour kept me laughing through what could have been a very stressful time and dispersed all my fears. The surgery itself and the waiting areas were clean and modern. I could not have wished for better treatment or a better dentist. Thank you so much.”
“It was a good experience. The staff were kind and friendly.Believe me when I really wasn't looking forward to having...” two teeth removed (especially when my previous experience had been one of an hour and a half struggle with another dentist). However, on this occasion there was no problem and the teeth where removed without any battle or worry being needed.I went home a happier person than when I arrived.Thank you to the staff for there good and kind handling of my fears. I would have no worries about recommending them to any one else.John”
“I had an NHS molar extraction earlier this week, carried out by Dr. Dimitris and his Assistant. The process was...” handled in a very professional manner, even though my tooth had long roots and wasn't the easiest. Great work, highly recommended.”
“Went in to have an extraction and I was nervous, as soon as I entered I was greeted warmly and...” given the chance to ask any questions about the procedure should I wish.I was talked through the process calmly and in a way I could understand which instantly put my mind at ease! Everyone I came across was so professional and friendly I’d recommend this dental practice to anyone! ☺️”
“My last few visits to quality dental have been exceptional, my dentist answers any questions I have, and properly checking...” every tooth. My last visit was with a different dentist, who was fantastic.”

I cannot thank Mr. Rahman enough for his kindness, generosity of spirit and very profess6as well very respectful. Luna Allen”
“I'm giving this review 5 stars as I don't want to give a bad impression on the practice. I have...” always received brilliant treatment from Dr Asadur. He is a fabulous dentist and is always so friendly and patient as I get very anxious. However I have always found the receptionists not particularly friendly and seem like they don't want to be there. But on my last visit whilst waiting to be seen by the dentist I heard them talking nastily about other members of staff but in particular another one of the receptionists when she left the reception station which I found very unprofessional and very unkind. Another thing I witnessed was a dental nurse leaving the room with some of the dentists tools and she was cleaning under her nails with it. I know they are probably sterilized but it was a bit off putting. It's an amazing practice but some tweaks are needed.”
“I was referred to Quality Dental by my dentist for an extraction. I found the practice very welcoming, and Dr...” Dimitris explained the procedure and answered all my questions. It was over and done with very quick. I would definitely recommend.”
“Great clinic, very neat and clean. All the staff members are kind and helpful. Doctors are very professional and helpful....” They take time in explaining the process and help with the treatment as well as great suggestions for post treatment care.”
“I have just joined Quality Dental in Worthing after this practice was highly recommended to me, & in particular, Raj.I...” went to my first appointment yesterday in a highly anxious state having had a recent stressful & upsetting experience at another dentists practice. However upon meeting Raj I was immediately put at ease by his kind, highly professional, expert & calm manner.A thorough examination took place along with photographs & xrays.Everything was explained to me along the way. I will no longer be so afraid to keep up regular appointments & have joined the denplan scheme.”
“In the past some of my checkups have been over so quickly I have often wondered if they’ve looked properly...” enough. I went recently (Feb 2024) and had a longer experience this time and the dentist did seem to take more care. I’ve never received a scale and polish during a checkup and you are always pushed to pay private to see a hygienist which is really expensive. The hygienists here regularly cancelled my appointments so I have given up with them and now visit a separate dentist for this treatment.”
“I absolutely love Quality Dental in Worthing! I had Invisalign treatment at another practice & moved into the area 3...” years ago so finding a dentist who could help with my very particular dental needs was crucial! I’ve seen Raj for 3 years & he is superb. I’m ok with the dentist so long as I don’t require treatment and used to have a very bad phobia of the dentist. Raj has an incredible bedside manner; listens to my concerns or what I would like to do with my treatment going forward & makes very good suggestions while taking the costings into account. The staff throughout the practice are generally lovely. I’ve been private for around 6 years and it’s the best decision I ever made & not that’s costly in comparison to the NHS. Wouldn’t go anywhere else now 😊”
“As always dentist and hygienist are the utmost professionals, don’t feel rushed and always ready to listen if you have...” any questions or concerns.Loosing one star which might sound like I’m being a bit too harsh but I’d like to think when I request something which I felt I did quite clearly I had to repeat.Otherwise the person I interacted with was pleasant. Not sure why I then got an email saying I’d asked about teeth straightening at the same time as the email confirming my future check up appointments.”
“Really lovely team here. From the receptionists to the dentists and dental nurses. Everyone is super friendly and they all...” take time to listen. The team are so good here even my hyperactive son loves visiting the dentist!”
“This was my first visit to Quality Dental, the dentist was very nice she explained the treatment I needed very...” well. However, I called the surgery both on Saturday and Monday to make an appointment and I was trying to get through for nearly 3 hours! I was in a queue for 40 minutes at least at a time, I would hang up and try again, then I’d leave a message but no one returned my calls. I finally got through to make the appointment. I asked if something was wrong with their phones but was told that they were just busy with the phones and patients in front of them, fair enough, but to have so much difficulty getting through doesn’t really work, so unfortunately I won’t be coming to the surgery again due to the fact that it takes so long to actually speak to anyone.”
“First appointment was good and dentist was a nice man who knows his stuff.Scheduled the treatment. But unfortunately I missed...” the day I had the appointment and the next day I called them to reschedule. They took 80£ for missed appointment and I will have to pay the actual appointment when I'm going to attend next week.I have no choice but to pay, but shame on practice to have a policy that is so expensive for a client. There is no other business that I know off that works like that. And people have no choice but to pay or deal with broken tooth.Shame”
“Quality Dental was highly recommended to me 12 years ago,The receptionists are always very lovely and helpful, and my dentist...” Dimitri is brilliant even when carrying out an extraction and root canal I have never experienced any pain at all! “Excellent friendly Dental Hygienist. Only reason I don't give 100% is that there was no dental nurse available so I...” had to hold my own irrigation sprayer - the third time this has happened. For what I pay, as I have to go private, I ought to get this full service and would like a refund for this omission (which is no fault of the hygienist).”

I have always had good service but my...” last visit was exceptional, Kira Pfeiffer was brilliant with both myself and my son, explained everything so thoroughly and we felt very cared for and not rushed. Nurse, Remmy, was also fantastic.”
“As a patient waiting for an extraction the most noticeable first impression was that all the staff smiled at me....” A smile is very soothing when you are anxious. I needn't have been though as it was quick and as painless as they could have made it, with efficiency and consideration for my well-being. Obviously no-one wants an extraction but I have already recommended the practise to others who hate going to the dentist. I left informed and relaxed - one tooth less!”
“Very polite reception team and our dentist is very professional and always makes the visit relaxed and stress free. ...” Had several procedures at the practice with first rate results. I guess the fact our 12 year old daughter has no issues visiting the dentist says it all.”

“Was just on a call with one of the receptionist who is called Izzy. Now I know this isn’t her...” fault however, I had an appointment booked last week to see a hygienist and due to personal circumstances, I cancelled the appointment on the day although I was not notified that there will be a £20 cancellation fee added on top of my bill which is silly because if I had been notified of this over the phone, I would’ve tried my best to attend to the appointment.I had asked for this to be cancelled but she informed me that the £20 cancellation fee is shown on the website and therefore, would not cancel the fee but why was I notified about this over the phone?I’ve never been in this situation at this place and I’m sorry to say but I am unsatisfied with the outcome.I’d still recommend for those who are looking for a new place to get check ups and other procedures at this place however, be aware of these little fees applied with no acknowledgment whatsoever.”
“Had to go private due to the fact it’s impossible in getting nhs, I decided to book hygienist app first...” (little costly) but to be honest 100% worth it. The lady was very friendly and did a fantastic job and no discomfort! Past experiences have felt soreness after. also first time ever experiencing a friendly receptionist! 10/10.”
“I wisited Quality Dental on Tuesday, feeling very nervous as I needed a tooth extracted that the whole top of...” the tooth had broken away.I was put at ease straight away by the dentist and hygienist who were both really lovely and helpful. The hygienist at every available opportunity put me at ease and made sure I was calm throughout even joking with me. “Called for an emergency dental appointment for same day as my own dentist wouldn’t even attempt to work me in....” Was scheduled for early morning and seen within 10 minutes of arrival. Very thorough and professional. Developed a treatment plan for me. Will be switching my dentist to here despite having to pay privately. Highly recommended!”

“I really recommend Dr Emmanouil Koloutsos, from Quality Dental Worthing, he is very delicate when working, he does it very...” carefully, for which I am very grateful in each session. He is very approachable, attentive and interested in answering all my questions. He is also concerned with my well-being and helping me solve my dental problems. Perfect. The reception staff is also efficient and they always respond immediately when I send them an email regarding my appointments. It is a good place to go if you need to solve unpleasant dental matters.”
“Great service. Ladies at reception are so lovely, welcoming and helpful as always. I believe I had Dr Asadur Rahman....” Honestly I’ve become quite nervous of going to the dentist, but my last appointment was my first appointment with him and he was amazing! So welcoming and relaxing. I was very honest about how I don’t really floss (knowing that that is what we are told to do these days) and explained I had never been told how to…he promptly said he has some flossing tools there and would be happy to show me how! I left feeling so much better, as we even had a little chit chat about life before we got to talking about my teeth. Which I feel is so good as it calms you. He is truly an asset to Quality Dental.”
“I went today for a wisdom tooth extraction. I can’t fault anyone at the surgery from the pleasant reception staff...” to the highly professional dentist and nurse which saw me. I was extremely nervous and they were so kind and patient which I’m so grateful for. Thank you again.”
“I had a phobia of dentists and put up with a raging toothache for much longer than I should have!...” I finally could put up with the pain no longer and made an emergency appointment with Dr Asadur Rahman. He fully understood my phobia and put me at ease. A pain free extraction not only removed the toothache but has alleviated my phobia. I cannot recommend Quality Dental highly enough so if you have a dental problem do not hesitate to give them a call.”
“Great dentist, would recommend! -I moved over to Quality Dental after having a bad experience with Worthing Dental (who told...” me that I needed to wait four months for an urgent appointment and that they have no hygenist!!) and I’ve not regretted the decision for a moment. I got an appointment with Quality Dental the day after my enquiry, and they were much more kind and reassuring, and made the effort to help me and put me out of my pain. The receptionists are lovely too and so visiting the dentist has become much less of a stress :)”
“I was lucky enough to get an appointment the same day due to a cancellation & was called in at...” my exact appointment time. Dr Rahman was very thorough investigating a throbbing tooth and was very honest with diagnosing the cause. I like most am a little terrified of dentists however he put me very much at ease with his friendly efficient manner. The charge was very reasonable & good value for money. I will have no hesitation in recommending Dr Rahman and will certainly be returning when my check up is due.”
“It's a shamefully long time since I've been to the dentist and was quite nervous. The dentist and hygienist were...” professional and put me at ease. I loved how they explained everything and I was never once made to feel bad about how much time had passed, instead I got great advice. The reception team are lovely, I'm glad I didn't go anywhere else.”
“I had a tooth extracted by Dimitri. I had never visited this dentist before but the whole process was efficiently...” organised. Dimitri and his dental nurse were both amazing and took the utmost care. My treatment was amazing and I have had no problems. Thank you!”
“I had to move from a different dentist as they were going private, my mum is here and recommend Quality...” dental so aa my family are registered here i managed to get in, it's very different to my previous, not the same, I'm giving 4 stars because the practice looks tired, the dentist room itself is clean, it all looks clean, it just needs redecorating. The dentist are good, have a good patient care and are very patient.”
“I would recommend the surgery to anyone who needs dental work done. I required an extraction and was put at...” ease by the dentist who did a superb job. Thank you”
“I was referred to Quality Dental for an extraction that had potential complications.Checking in was very quick and straightforward. I...” was seen within 10 minutes of arrival. I was put at ease from the very first minute to completion. The dentist and assistant explained the procedure and constantly made sure I was OK throughout.Thank you for a smooth procedure that made me feel calm and at ease. I wish Quality Dental were my Dental practice thank you again for looking after me so well. I would recommend you everytime.”
“I had broken a molar, losing a filling as a result. I was given an appointment the next day. I...” was seen on time for my appointment by a very pleasant dentist who advised me honestly an openly. Having decided what route to take he carried out the work without any pain. I was very happy with my treatment from start to finish”
“I enquired about having braces fitted last year in the summer, and I was told I would need in total...” 6 teeth extracted to accommodate the braces. I have so far had 4 teeth out in total with Quality Dental and the staff have always been patient and kind. Some of the extractions have not been straight forward, but this is no fault of the dentists who work here (I guess teeth can be unpredictable!). I feel grateful I am able to attend this practice and I have always felt welcomed, along with my son and daughter.”
“Snapped off crown, but on inspection found tooth snapped at base, meaning removal. Opted for removal and implant. No problem...” removing tooth at all! Very impressed with Dimitri and his dental nurse. Everything well explained and clear options given. Today, all is feeling great, and healing well. Very pleased. Would definitely recommend.”
“I visited Quality Dental this week for a filling. I was immediately put at my ease and felt I'm very...” safe hands. No unnecessary work was done and I was reassured every step of the way. It's great having a TV above the chair too, it really helps to take your mind off the treatment. I'm so glad QD was recommended to me by a friend. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.”
“I have been going to quality dental since my children were little and they have all gone now! This...” practice is outstanding kind caring and safe environment. Can’t recommendPresha Patel enough ⭐️”
