Lockdown Update

Following the recent update on the 4th January 2021 the Prime Minister, Boris Johnson, announced another national lockdown due to the rising number of cases of Covid-19.
Quality Dental and all its branches will remain open as usual. We are operating as normal and wish to ensure our patients that that all current appointments will remain as scheduled and all services for future appointments, routine or otherwise, are available to be booked. Our practices are following the latest procedures and protocols to the highest standard to ensure all patients, staff and the wider community are being treated in the safest manner possible.
We want to ensure you that the announcement made by Government has confirmed that the majority of public services will continue and you will be able to leave home to visit them.

The NHS and medical services like GPs and dentists. We are supporting the NHS to carry out urgent and non-urgent services safely, and it is vital anyone who thinks they need any kind of medical care comes forward and seeks help
Remaining open and remaining safe
Since dental practices reopened, we have been continuously gaining more knowledge about how the virus spreads and what we can do to minimise risks as effectively as possible, then implementing the highest standard of cross infection control measures.
You may have noticed that we have invested in dental HEPA filters, foggers and external ventilation systems which disinfect the air within the building. These three devices amongst a myriad of other systems and procedures will ensure your visit to our practice is safe and pleasant as possible.
Something wonderful has been happening and everyone is spreading the word!
Since we opened our doors in June there has been the most amazing amount of patients attending with gratitude and wanting to see our hygienist, have their teeth straightened and whitened or even just to come for their appointment and have a chat. We have been working so hard to make sure that our community is being served to the best standard and we have been awed by all the great comments and attendance by you all. We ABSOLUTELY LOVE YOU!
The demand for our services has been unprecedented and we have been moving our practice to normal working hours and increasing the numbers of clinicians working. Please be patient with us as we work our socks off to do what we love, to serve you in the best possible way.
