Dr. Jatan Patel

Dr Jatan Patel is the joint Principal dentist at the practice. He graduated in 2005 with honours from St Bartholomew’s and The Royal London along with numerous awards including best clinical student of 2005. Soon after graduating he gained membership to the prestigious Royal college of surgeons Edinburgh and completed aesthetic and restorative dentistry training programmes. He has numerous post graduation qualifications including a Masters in Clinical Dentistry for Dental Implants and a Post Graduate Certificate in Dental Education.
Whilst providing general dentistry to the highest standards, his skills lie in implant and aesthetic dentistry. He is a gold level Invisalign provider for the past decade and also performs facial rejuvenation procedures. He is known for his calm and caring approach to all his patients and particular attention to detail.
His spare time is devoted to his young family and socialising with friends.
Dr. Dharminder Dhanda

Dharminder qualified from the University of Manchester. Started working at a NHS practice before working at a mixed practice which predominately became private. Whilst working in a general practice, he took advanced training in restorative dentistry at Eastman institute completing the certificate in restorative dentistry.
Futher to this, he also completed a year long programme to gain a certificate in cosmetic dentistry. Gained experience in restoring implants in practice and also on invisalign provider.
Away from work he enjoys health and fitness and eating out. Keen footballer, enjoy cricket, go karting and travelling.
Dr. Neelma Patel

Neelma graduated in 1993 from the Turner Dental School University of Manchester. Neelma is a associate dentist at Kingsend Dental since 2001 with 23 years of experience in clinical dentistry in a general dental practice.
Has keen interest in cosmetic dentistry, Implant restorative cases, facial aesthetics and skin rejuvenation. Believes in providing dentistry to the highest clinical standards a in a kind and professional manner and enjoy treating nervous patients, putting them at ease and helping them gain confidence.
Neelma enjoys travelling, cooking and yoga.
Dr. Sheela Patade

Sheela qualified from the prestigious Guys and St Thomas’ Dental Hospital in 2002 and has 18 years of experience in clinical dentistry. She joined the Kingsend Dental team in 2016.
Sheela is a certified provider of Invisalign, Six Months Smiles and Inman Aligner orthodontic systems and has also undertaken a year-long course in Advanced Aesthetic Restorative dentistry. Using minimally invasive techniques, Sheela is able to perform complex restorative treatments and has transformed simple and complex cases into beautiful smiles.
Outside dentistry, Sheela is a keen runner and competes in numerous long distance road races throughout the year.
Dr Ashok Vijayakumar

Ashok qualified from King’s College London in 2014 and has since held training positions at King’s College Hospital, University Hospital’s North Midlands and Birmingham Dental Hospital, which have enabled him to develop his knowledge and clinical skills.
He is currently undertaking a 5-year higher specialty programme in Restorative Dentistry at Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospitals where he is actively involved in the multidisciplinary management of patients needing advanced dental treatment.
He has completed his qualifications in the Diploma of Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery and Postgraduate Certificate in Dental Education.
He has presented his work at national conferences and was a clinical supervisor for dental undergraduate students at The University of Birmingham.
Ashok prides himself on developing good relationships with his patients and ensuring they feel comfortable and relaxed in his care.
Away from work he enjoys playing tennis, socialising with his friends and family and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
Dr Krishna Patel

Krishna qualified from the renowned Kings College London Dental Institute in 2011. She is very passionate about providing patients with beautiful and healthy smiles which they can be proud of with her friendly and caring approach. Krishna has heavily invested in postgraduate education throughout her career to provide the highest quality of dental care. She strongly believes in minimally- invasive cosmetic and pain free techniques to achieve natural aesthetic smiles for her patients.
Krishna has completed numerous aesthetic and restorative courses and is certified to provide both fixed and invisible braces using Invisalign, Quick Straight Teeth, Cfast/Smile Tru and Inman Aligner systems.
Krishna has also trained in facial aesthetics and medical grade skincare and loves to be able to provide her patients with rejuvenating facial treatments.
Outside of dentistry, Krishna enjoys family time with her husband and two young children. She is also a foodie and enjoys travelling and living an active lifestyle through regular exercise. She has a real passion for hiking and her greatest achievement to date has been summiting Mount Kilimanjaro!
Dr. Guy McLellan

Dr Guy McLellan is our dental implant surgeon and has been a member of our Kingsend Dental team for over 9 years. He is doubly qualified in dentistry and medicine and a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England.
He has over 10 years hospital experience including training in ENT and plastic surgery and currently holds a teaching position at Charing Cross Hospital where he runs the dental implant clinic.
His experience in implants dates back to 1994 and includes extra-oral implants to retain facial cosmesis/reconstruction following facial cancer surgery as well as intra-oral cancer rehabilitation and facial deformities such as cleft lip and palate.
Dr Dipesh Patel

Dipesh Qualified from King’s College London Dental School and has committed his career to oral surgery. Dipesh has undertaken his oral surgery training at the prestigious Guy’s Hospital in London where he has been mentored by some of the leading consultants in the field. His passion and commitment to oral surgery successfully secured him a place onto the national competitive specialist training program which he is completed in Buckinghamshire and was awarded Membership in Oral Surgery with the Royal College of Surgeons. Dipesh works as Consultant Oral Surgeon at East Surrey Hospital and provides specialist oral surgery services across several dental practices.
Dipesh’s practice is limited to oral surgery and his main interest is dental alveolar surgery including surgical extractions and the removal of impacted wisdom teeth. He also performs a variety of surgical procedures including apicectomy, cyst removal, soft tissue surgery and has experience in the management of temporomandibular joint dysfunction (TMJ). Dipesh is also qualified in the provision intravenous sedation.
Dipesh has published his work in several peer reviewed journals and has been invited internationally and nationally to present his research within oral surgery. He is also involved in teaching undergraduate students and postgraduate dental trainees in oral surgery.
Outside of oral surgery, Dipesh has a strong passion for sports in particular cricket and travelling the world.
Dr. Omar Patel

Omar qualified in 2003 from the University of Glasgow winning the prize for conservative dentistry as an undergraduate. In 2005, he became a practice principal and subsequently a vocational trainer with the responsibility of training newly qualified dentists. He was awarded the Diploma of Membership of the Faculty of General Dental Practitioners of the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 2007 and the Diploma of Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow in 2008.
Whilst working in general practice, he undertook advanced training in restorative dentistry at the Eastman Dental Institute, completing the Certificate in Restorative Dental Practice in 2008. He is currently a Specialist Registrar in Periodontics at Guy's Hospital, London, undertaking all aspects of periodontal therapy including surgical, non-surgical, muco-gingival and implant therapy. As well as providing periodontal care at Kingsend Dental, he is an active member of the British Society of Periodontology and has a special interest in the association between periodontal disease and diabetes. In 2015, he received the Ron F. Wilson postgraduate research award from King’s College London for clinical research and has presented his research internationally.
He was recently awarded the position of examiner for the Licence in Dental Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons, England, the oldest continuously existing dental qualification in the United Kingdom.
Omar is a keen golfer and tennis player, and enjoys hill walking and long distance running on the weekends. He also has a degree in Computing and has a passion for all things technological.
Dr. Nalin Dhamecha

Nalin qualified from King’s College, London in 1996. He has been a member of the team at Kingsend Dental Health Centre since 2009.
He has 22 year’s clinical experience in dentistry having worked as an associate dental surgeon in general dental practice and also the last 14 years in a hospital unit in restorative dentistry.
Nalin has a special interest in endodontics - that is root canal treatments. He has completed various postgraduate courses and continues to attend regular postgraduate training courses. He has completed the MFDGP (UK) examination from the Royal College of Surgeons, England in 2003, and in 2005 completed the Certificate in Endodontics from the Eastman Dental Institute.
Presently Nalin is part-time Speciality Dentist in Endodontics in the Restorative Dentistry department at St George’s Hospital, Tooting. He also works as a dentist with a special interest in endodontics (DwSI) at two other referral practices in London. He was a practice owner for 7 years, but currently his practice is limited to Endodontics.
Outside of dentistry Nalin enjoys travel, reading and is a keen skier. He plays an active role in the BAPS Swaminarayan Mandir, Neasden, with various fundraising and charitable activities. He is also a school governor at a local primary school.
Referrals are accepted for de novo routine endodontics as well as the more complex non-surgical endodontic re-treatments. An initial consultation appointment is required to assess the required treatment and to come to a diagnosis, followed by a proposed treatment plan.

Aaishah qualified as a dental hygienist from Cardiff university in 2015. She joined our team in October 2015.
She is very passionate about her profession.
An expert in her field, Aaishah aims to improve her patients oral health by explaining the aetiology of gum disease, implementing the latest dental techniques and oral hygiene techniques. Working closely with dentists at the practice, Aaishah always ensures her patients leave with healthy gums and a smile they can be proud of.
Aaishah enjoys swimming and participating in many different charity events, raising money for various causes in her spare time.

After gaining her Bachelors Degree in Biomedical Science in 2006 from Reading University, Aupal developed a keen interest in dentistry and decided to pursue a career in dental hygiene. She completed her training as a hygienist from the renowned Eastman Dental Institute in 2012 and is now proud to be a part of the Kingsend dental team.
Aupal enjoys the challenge of complex periodontal cases, especially working with nervous patients and easing them through treatments. She is thoroughly passionate about the her work and has a very important role in working alongside dentists to provide excellent oral hygiene care.
When not working, Aupal enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and two children.
Having started her dental career as a trainee nurse in 2006 and developing within that role over almost a decade; Martyna went on to gain her Diploma in Dental Hygiene and Therapy at Queen Mary University of London graduating in 2017.
Committed to constantly delivering high quality patient care, she regularly attends dental courses to keep up to date with the latest treatment options for her patients.
Martyna thoroughly enjoys all apsects of her role but is especially passionate about oral health education and disease prevention. Ensuring all patients understand the 'why and how' side to treatment and advice she provides is an essential part of her care. Having joined the Kingsend team in September 2019, she is here to look after our patients on Monday's, Wednesday‘s and alternate Saturdays.
Dental Therapist & Dental Hygienist (BSc)

Zahra graduated from Cardiff University in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene and Dental Therapy and was awarded with the Cardiff University prize for Clinical Excellence.
An enthusiastic and dedicated individual, who is committed to executing quality care tailored on an individual basis; ensuring each visit is a positive experience. Having worked in a range of community outreach placements across Wales, Zahra has managed a variety of periodontal cases and is equipped to manage differing patient needs. Zahra is also able to offer Enlighten Tooth whitening.
In her spare time, she enjoys running and hiking.

Anny graduated from Kathmandu University School of Medical Sciences with a degree in Bachelor of Dental surgery in 2018 and worked a s a general dentist in Nepal for 2 years before moving to UK. She then completed her courses and trainings equivalent to UK degree in dental hygiene to pursue a career as a dental hygienist.
She is dedicated to improving patient’s oral hygiene by delivering the best possible hygiene care. When handling her patients, she priorities quality service, oral health education and patient satisfaction.
In her spare time, she enjoys travelling, baking and spending time with family and friends.
GROUP OPERATIONS MANAGER
Craig is the Operations Manager for Quality Dental Group, he predominantly deals with the operational aspect of all the practices within Quality Dental Group, and although he could be at any one of these locations he always maintains a close and accessible relationship with everyone branch across the group. He ensures that all practices conform to a minimum set of standards with the aim to provide high quality dental services to everyone.
Craig has been working directly within the healthcare industry since 2013, prior to this he worked within the IT industry where in 2006 he was part of a select team heading the launch of a nationwide venture to roll out IT Consumer service for the general public within the UK, following the major success with 12 months of launch he was appointed as Regional Technical Trainer responsible for the training of new IT Engineers to compact the growing demand of the service and provide existing IT Field Engineers additional Technical knowledge and improve customer service skills.
In 2009 due to the massive success of the IT Consumer Service since launching, the need for improved structure became apparent, and Craig then became Regional Implementation Trainer, where between him and an implementation and development team developed and deployed a range of new and improved services and operational improvements ensuring customer nationally received the latest in IT support in an ever changing consumer market.
Once completed he felt it was the right time to seek a new and changeling role that would give him the opportunity to make a difference. Having already had some experience within health care (Mainly ICT) he knew healthcare would provide the challenges and wealth of knowledge he was seeking, which brings him to where he is today.
In his spare time he enjoy spending time with family and friends, playing golf and Rugby. Craig is a passionate follower of Formula 1 and various other motor sports and enjoys track days, racing events and karting just for a bit of fun.

Hayley has just recently joined Quality Dental Group as our Treatment Coordinator, she gained her dental nursing qualification at Chichester college in 1999. Since then she has gained qualifications in radiography and sedation.
Hayley started working as a Dental practice manager in 2004-2007. In 2007 she took a sabbatical from dentistry. She qualified as a Beauty and Holistic therapist in this time and worked as an in-flight beauty therapist for Virgin Atlantic.
In 2009 she went back into Dental practice management running both NHS and private practices. Hayley has experience in general practice and Orthodontics and has a passion for dental compliance and people management.
Outside the practice, Hayley is busy raising her toddler son. She loves spending quality time with her partner and family. If she has spare time she enjoys running, competing in marathons, going to the gym, and listening/ dancing to music.
Natalie started working at Kingsend Dental in October 2018.
She has previous experience working within reception team.
Natalie enjoys supporting customers with their queries and putting them at ease when they visit.
She likes to spend time with her family and reading in her free time.

Kristine started working at Kingsend Dental in June 2021.
Kristine enjoys working as a Dental Nurse and her aim is to make patients feel welcome and make their procedures as comfortable as possible.
In her spare time she enjoys reading books, going on road trips and spends time with family and friends.

Mausami Rai joined Kingsend Dental practice as a trainee dental nurse while pursuing her studies to become a qualified dental nurse.
She has made immense improvements as a dental nurse since joining us 2020. Mausami passed her NEBDN exams and became a fully qualified dental nurse in 2021.
She is a kind and passionate person who likes to help people and this is one of the reasons why Mausami enjoys being a dental nurse.
Mausami likes to spend her time with her family, travelling, doing yoga and loves nature.
Trainee Dental Nurse
Al-khansaa started working at Kingsend Dental in November 2020 as a trainee dental nurse and is due to graduate with a National Diploma in dental nursing in April 2022.
She previously graduated with a Bsc in Biomaterial science from Queen Mary University in 2019 and has since then worked abroad in America with children and in retail before joining us.
She enjoys working within the dental field as she is passionate about oral health and aiding patients on their smile journey. She is eager to continuously develop her skills and is interested in becoming an implant nurse in the future.
In her spare time, Al-Khansaa enjoys travelling, reading and spending time with her loved ones.
